Victoria Loaf Cake with Strawberry Jam & Vanilla Buttercream 750g

Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream and a dusting of icing sugar. This cake will cut into a minimum of 6 generous portions.

Store in a cool dry place. The cake is best consumed within 5 days.

Total sugar content: 63g per100g), Blended spread (72%)(vegetable oils 69% (palm oil, palm kernel oil, rapeseed oil), water, butter (milk) (3%), salt, emulsifier (mono-diglyceride), natural flavouring, colour: carotenes, vitamin A, vitamin D), Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethanol, Sugar, Vanilla Extract).
