Ingredients:

Plain Flour (Wheat Flour, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate)), Sultanas (Sultanas (99%), Cottonseed Oil), Cranberries (Cranberries (60%), Sugar (39%), Sunflower Oil (1%), Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt.

Instructions: Tip contents into a bowl, add 250ml of buttermilk (zest of 1 orange – optional) and mix till just combined, tip into a greased 1lb loaf tin, bake at 180C for 40mins.
